Incident Details:
On 24.08.25, I attempted to deposit ₹4000 into my Quotex live trading account through UPI/Bank transfer.
Due to a technical issue from Quotex side, instead of ₹4000, an amount of ₹3999.59 was deducted from my bank account.
Immediately after the deduction, the transaction status on Quotex showed “Processing”.
I waited patiently and also submitted multiple complaints/tickets to Quotex customer support.
Even after 48 hours, there was no response from Quotex support team.
After the waiting period, the status of this transaction changed from “Processing” to “Failed”.
However, even though the transaction is marked as “Failed” on Quotex, the money has already been debited from my bank account and not refunded till now.
Current Situation:
Amount deducted: ₹3999.59
Status shown in Quotex: Failed
Amount not credited to trading account.
Amount not refunded to my bank account.
No response from customer support despite repeated messages and ticket updates.
Request:
I kindly request BrokersView to intervene and ensure that my deducted funds are either:
1. Credited to my Quotex trading account, OR
2. Refunded back to my bank account immediately.
I am attaching the following proofs for verification:
Bank statement showing deduction.
Screenshot of Quotex transaction showing Processing → Failed.
Copies of complaints submitted to Quotex support (no reply received).
