I did like one trade with them you know and then after the trade went through and everything I left the funds on the account so that in case I wanted to do it again I would do it that following day but then I changed my mind then so I wanted to work on my phones I asked customer service you know you said they check on the issue and see what it was and then I never heard from him again they straight ghosted me I have screenshots of the whole conversation I mean the video that there's money on the account I've tried withdrawing $20 here and $20 there and it failed a bunch of times and then I kept messaging them messaging them still got nothing and then they finally approved a couple of them but the money never came through at all if they can't return the money that's pretty much like a scam right.

Exactly how this submit a complaint works but here we go so through a cryptocurrency wallet trustwallet there is a little icon at the bottom of the page it's called discover and then you can take you to a trading platform to pick from one of them happened to be https://www.coinwmarket.com/#/pages/qbapp/account so I traded to them get a trade to them everything was fine went back like the next did you do another trade but changed my mind went to go withdrawal funds they never came through contacting customer support they said see what the problem was they asked for my uid I gave it to him screenshot it then ask them if they didn't check to see what she was they said they would check then I never got to reply back I asked several times still got nothing it shows that I still had funds on the account that was still there they just never sent them customer service keeps ignoring me I try transferring the funds to another wallet and they proved it but the funds never came through everything matches up on the right addresses the right currency I feel like I'm being scammed fraud it won't get back funds I have everything screenshotted if needed I can show you or somewhere I can send it for you to see I mean the amounts like only 400 and something dollars but still this isn't right it's messed up I don't know where else to report this since their customer service flat out doesn't care or ignores the issue I have all the comfort and the whole conversation screenshotted with them thought about just I don't know finally a complaint with ICC to check into this cryptocurrency scam see what they can do and then I came across you guys I'm trying to post something to get your guys's feedback thank you for your time sorry for any inconvenience
