Swissquote charges way too many hidden fees. You think you’re trading cheap, but then your balance keeps shrinking.

System make error calculating true unrealized 880chf gains. When comfirmed with trader he saw same info, once we executed I lost money not gain. Swisssquote refuses to reimbiurse for trade gains as showed in your systems.

The best is access to Swiss and US ETFs and this was and is major cause to use Swissquote broker for me.The issues to be resolved are:important:1. simple presentation of gains for tax calculation purpose (what I have sold last year and at what price I bought them) - simple or more complicated table with buying and selling price. Additionally other currencies relation would be usefull (for me of course PLN/Euro/Swiss Frank/USD at both dates to simplify my calculations)2. lack of trailing stop loss is pretty important as wellless important details: 3. setting buy/sell value directly on charts could be interesting sometimes.4. possibility to trade crypto without going to fiat currencies would be nice as well.

I transferred my Shares from another bank to Swissquote while they had the offer to take over the transfer fee's until a certain amount. Worked perfectly! It only took them about a week and the fees were added to my Swissquote account.Compared to other Banks licensed Switzerland the fees are very low.Customer support could be a little better. The answer was satisfying and it was solved within minutes. But the quality of the call was very poor - it sounded like there is a TV running in the background and i could barely here the person talking to me on the phone.Nevertheless, i'm very happy with Swissquote.

There is no digital currency yet. It is said that it will be held in the near future. I don’t know how long it will take.

Unfriendly people. Called in regards of my account. They hung up on me and said they are closing in 5 minutes. Unbelievable

Easy to use crypto interface for buying/selling. fast international funds transfer to local bank account. Very okay for me.

I like this trading platform and I am much satisfied with all,including communication with people who work.
