Sogo Invest claims to be authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, our investigation found no record of Sogo Invest within the official FCA registry, making this claim demonstrably false and highly misleading. Furthermore, on May 28, 2026, Germany's Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued an official alert regarding Sogo Invest. The regulator warned that the company appears to be offering financial services or products in Germany without the necessary authorization. Given these serious regulatory discrepancies and the official warning, we strongly recommend that you avoid any engagement with Sogo Invest.
