ANSWER InvestingState is an unregulated trading platform whose site is not working now.As we tried to access its website through the link provided by your question, we found the page is not working currently. It is a bad sign for a broker, meaning it may not be subject to any regulations or oversights.Additionally, as for the question you asked, we find no ways to verify this broker's licenses due to its suspended website which leads to the lack of critical information. According to our records, it was supposedly registered in the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI). However, it should be noted that IRI has no legal authority to regulate forex activities. The truth is, InvestingState is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, we would like to recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like InvestingState and trade with licensed brokers.

I have been using Investingstate for some time now. The truth is, it's legit but losses are also made. Profit isn't guaranteed. On the other hand if profit is made withdrawal is guaranteed. And, they have specialized customer care services and highly professional too. They keep in touch well with traders. The interface is quite simple and offers a good trading view. Due to COVID-19 I can't complain of this website because I have made a life with it.

Things were smooth at first. However, when I wanted to withdraw, I was told to pay money to get withdrawals. I paid 20% as they requested but I got absolutely nothing. The manager and customer service have not respond to me now.

I wanted to withdraw a part of my deposit but withdrawals were denied and they asked me to pay an additional amount for tax to switzerland. Though I felt it is ridiculous I sent them calmly the info about taxes in my country. They started to treat me rudely. A very unpleasant experience with Investingstate.
