ANSWER Dear Investor, Harmovest Capital claims to be regulated under three jurisdictions, but our investigation reveals serious discrepancies that undermine these assertions. First, it states that HARMOVEST CAPITAL (COMOROS) LTD is licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) under license number T2023331. However, a search of MISA’s registry using this number returns a different entity, with a domain name unrelated to Harmovest Capital, casting strong doubt on this claim. Second, it references HARMOVEST CAPITAL (CYPRUS) LTD as a firm authorized by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC). While a company by that name exists in CySEC’s register, its official domain is hamovest.eu, not hamovest.com. There is no evidence linking the two. This lack of affiliation raises concerns about misrepresentation. Third, it cites HARMOVEST CAPITAL AUS PTY LTD as being authorized by Australian Securities & Investments Commission(ASIC). Our check confirms the entity is registered with ASIC, but only as a proprietary trading firm providing advisory services, not as a retail forex or CFD broker. It does not hold a license to accept client funds or offer trading accounts. Compounding these issues, public data shows the hamovest.com website was created on December 31, 2025. This is a highly unusual new registration that further heightens suspicion. Given these findings, we currently assess HARMOVEST CAPITAL as a likely fraudulent platform. We strongly advise you to avoid any trading or financial interaction with this entity.
