Our investigation indicates that its regulatory claims cannot be fully verified, and the specific authorization it cites offers extremely weak investor protection. Emirax Markets claims to be regulated by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA). While we were able to find records consistent with this claim, the AOFA does not publicly disclose the official operational website of its licensed entities. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to definitively confirm that the website you are accessing is the authorized entity. Furthermore, the international recognition and regulatory rigor of the AOFA are very low. This situation is compounded if the platform promotes excessively high leverage, which dramatically increases market risk. Given the inability to fully verify their licensing details, the obscurity of the regulator, and the heightened risks associated with their trading conditions, we deem this platform highly unsafe. The platform claims to be operated by EmiraX Markets Ltd, which it states is regulated by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA). While we did locate a matching entity within the AOFA’s official licensee list, AOFA does not disclose or verify domain names, making it difficult to confirm the platform’s official link to the licensed entity. More importantly, AOFA is in essence known for extremely weak oversight and low regulatory standards, offering minimal investor protection. This regulation alone does not fully guarantee the legitimacy or safety of the platform. Given the lack of verifiable regulation and the poor reputation of AOFA, Emirax Markets shows signs of a high-risk, potentially fraudulent operation. We therefore strongly advise against using this platform.

I placed a withdrawal from Emirax Markets just to test them to be sure they are reliable, unfortunately this is over 48hrs, the withdrawal is yet to be effected.
