    ANSWER CF Merchants is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true.CF Merchants claims to be the trading name of Commodity and Forex Merchants, which is regulated by various Jurisdictions including Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) and the UK's Companies House (CH). However, our search for this broker in SVG FSA's registry did not yield any results. Additionally, it should be noted that the SVG FSA is not a regulatory body for the forex market.CF Merchants also claims to be authorized by CH under license number 1092420. However, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legal authority to regulate forex activities.Therefore, CF Merchants is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. We recommend you to stay away from CF Merchants and any other unregulated brokerages, since they are not subject to necessary laws and principles of operation, resulting in a high risk to trade with them.

CF Merchants claims it is a trading name of CF Merchants Limited, which is regulated with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under license number: 24535/2018. However, we did not find any match results to CF Merchants in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate brokers offering forex activities.Besides, CF Merchants claims to be authorized by the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) under license number: 1092420. However, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities.All in all, CF Merchants is not overseen by any regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like CF Merchants and trade with licensed brokers.

    I want to raise awareness and file a formal complaint against CFMerchants, which I believe is operating as a fraudulent Forex company. My experience with them has been extremely distressing and has caused significant financial loss.Misleading Promises: Unethical Behavior:Withdrawal Issues: False Claims of Regulation:I strongly urge potential investors to avoid this company and not fall for their manipulative tactics. Additionally, I request that regulatory authorities investigate their operations and take necessary action to prevent further exploitation.

    Low spreads. Many currency pairs. various trading instruments. Good support. Good broker that you should not ignore it.

    I've beening working with them for 3 years. I found them great in every aspect. I would recommend that you work with them if you are fed-up with other brokers.

    I have been trading with this broker ever since 2019. They have excellent withdrawals. Though at the end of 2020 there are some delays in withdrawals, they told me that that is because the management was changing and they would pay on time. Indeed, they have paid us. For the last 1 year, I, as well as my friends, still trade with this broker and we have not has any issues. They accept local deposits nad withdrawals are normally processed within 2 -3 hours. very quick. The customer support is good as well.
