The platform does not provide any regulatory information, merely listing a registered address in Saint Lucia. Upon investigation, we located Bitrage Capital Markets Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry. However, this registration only grants International Business Company (IBC) status and does not constitute a valid financial license. It is important to note that the Saint Lucia IFC has publicly stated that it does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Given this complete absence of regulatory oversight, we strongly advise you to avoid engaging in any transactions with this unlicensed broker to protect your financial security.

    did u try to reach their support ticket system, they reply within 24 hour, and if you have genuine concerns or profits then will release, if wrong practice trades you have done, then you should not demand

    if your concerns are genuine then write to support, they will guide, otherwise these days clients also do scams and find unethical ways to generate and manipulate the system
