Opened an account MT5 and after a few days deposited. For my surprise trading is not enabled, i contacted customer support and they told me they dont have mt5 anymore, however i paid fees to deposit and now i have to pay to withdrawal because they let you open an account and deposit... shame!

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned in our email, although there has been a platform transition, you can continue trading through your CloudTrader4 account, which offers a similar trading experience and is already used by many of our clients.
Please note that BeeMarkets does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. Any fees applied were charged by the payment processor you used.

I attended the FastBull Summit where BeeMarkets was introduced—really impressive. They offer intriguing features and have the feel of a next‑gen CFD provider. Granted, they’re relatively new, but between the solid MT5 platform, transparent pricing, and ASIC registration, I think they’re a broker to watch.

BeeMarkets' zero spread account is fantastic—none to speak of, and no commission. With leverage up to 1:500, it’s appealing for my trading strategy. The platform is stable and execution is sharp. Their regulatory registration with ASIC reassures me that things are above board.
