The platform relies solely on a purported registration in St. Lucia, an offshore jurisdiction known for its lax regulations and minimal investor protections. This registration merely reflects its status as an International Business Company (IBC) and does not constitute a valid financial license. To protect your investments, we strongly advise exercising caution and avoiding any engagement with Assexmarkets.

ANSWER Dear Investor, Assexmarkets is likely to be a scam. Based on our research, it claims to be authorised by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in St. Lucia. However, first of all, we are unable to verify this information on the FSRA’s list of licensed entities. Secondly, the FSRA in St. Lucia does not regulate forex trading. We have also confirmed that Assexmarkets appears to be registered with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC). However, this registration merely grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial license. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. Therefore, if you have encountered any suspicious issues while trading with them, we strongly recommend that you report this matter to your local authorities. Please gather all relevant evidence, including transaction records, chat logs, and screenshots. In addition, you may file a complaint on our official website here, where our team will carefully review your case and provide guidance or explore potential solutions. I looked into Assex Markets recently and honestly the broker raises several concerns for me. There is very limited transparent information about the company, and the regulation details are either unclear or difficult to verify. That’s usually a major warning sign in the forex industry. I would be very cautious with this broker, especially when it comes to deposits and withdrawals, and I personally would not trust it with significant funds.

Despite having available balance, I was prevented from submitting a withdrawal request. My account was then blocked without explanation.
