Seems like the guys are doing a good job. First, after reading the feedback online, I was worried that something isn't right, but FXDD has been treating me very well, their support is always available and there have been no issues with execution. So, returning a favour and hope the turmoil times are over for them and their clients :)

FXDD is a scam. be careful...One guy Stephen Simonis from FXDD called me up and asked to make a deposit. I told him first I want to test the platform before depositing as they had a promotional offer of 25 dollar. Since, then i been getting one excuse after another about deposit bonus and just excuse to depsoit my money and start trading with them. Their excuses varies from we were not aware to with in three days to one week to bank holiday to did not recieve your request. I just closed my account....bunch of liers...

I plan on closing FXDD account---spread is too high actually and loss incurred easily even with their Demo. Thank you for all the information.

It is the worst company I know. I was trading with relatively low leverage. When I see that my leverage exceeded 10, I immediately deposit money. However it did not come to my account for 5 hours. I decided to chat with the support but they were telling me it will take extra 10 hours or so. After 5 mins. of the chat, my account got stopout. According to them, it is not possible to get the deposit for extra 10 hours.However, 3 mins. after the stop out, they put the deposit into my account. I am sure that they are just waiting for stop hunt, telling me I have to wait. I deposit the money by neteller and it is very surprising that I need to wait so long.

Don't invest to FXDD! They stole my 7К$ profit and blocked my account. Be careful, this is a fraudulent company

Multi-language customer service, best platforms, low spreads, EU license and an education support, what else do you need while selecting a broker? Maybe a nose for trading :) I got all except for the later from FXDD!

It matters a lot when a broker, regardless of its size, helps you solve your query when it’s actually a holiday. I had a problem with withdrawal on during the local holiday, so local fxdd team came ot rescue and made sure my transfer went thtrough.
