I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my trading account since June 2024. Under the guidance of my Relationship Manager (RM), I have followed instructions to inject additional funds into the account during periods of negative trades. Despite these efforts, I have incurred a significant loss of $23,500.More recently, I decided to take trading decisions independently, which led to a partial recovery of my equity to $11,000. However, I have encountered persistent issues withdrawing even $200 from my account. Withdrawal requests remain unapproved on your portal, and there has been no response from my RM or your support team despite repeated attempts to seek clarification.This lack of communication and the inability to access my funds are unacceptable. I am now considering pursuing legal action or personally visiting your office to address these grievances unless the situation is resolved promptly.
