1 hour ago By Jane

ThinkMarkets, a global retail forex and CFD broker, has appointed Dubai-based executive Junaid Daher as Head of CRM and Lifecycle, strengthening its marketing leadership team. The appointment follows another senior marketing hire as the broker continues to develop its customer engagement and growth capabilities.

Junaid Daher Brings CRM and Marketing Automation Experience

Daher joins ThinkMarkets after spending approximately two years at CFI, where he served as Marketing Automation Manager.

Previously, he worked as CRM Manager at MultiBank Group from 2023 to 2024. His professional background also includes positions at Fasset, QisstPay and S&P.

His experience in customer relationship management and marketing automation is relevant to customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing within the financial services industry.

Second Senior Marketing Appointment at ThinkMarkets

Daher's appointment marks ThinkMarkets' second senior marketing hire in recent weeks.

The broker previously recruited Will Burnham, another former MultiBank Group executive, as Executive Director of Growth Marketing.

The two appointments reflect ThinkMarkets' continued investment in marketing leadership, with responsibilities spanning growth marketing, CRM and customer lifecycle management.

ThinkMarkets' Global Regulatory Presence

ThinkMarkets operates through subsidiaries licensed in multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Dubai, South Africa and Japan.

The company is controlled by brothers Faizan Anees and Nauman Anees, who serve as President and CEO, respectively.

The latest appointment adds to ThinkMarkets' senior management capabilities as it operates across international forex and CFD markets.
