Exinity has hired former OANDA executive Stephanie Cook as VP Marketing Operations & B2B Marketing, adding another experienced OANDA marketing professional to the group.
London-based Cook spent around five years with OANDA, initially serving as Head of Affiliates and Partnerships before moving into the role of Head of Marketing Operations, Programs & Corporates.
Before joining OANDA, she worked in the gaming sector, including roles at Hero Gaming, Lottoland and Rank Interactive.
Cook’s appointment follows Exinity’s recent hiring of longtime OANDA Chief Marketing Officer Darren Moffett. Moffett joined FXTM, Exinity’s retail FX and CFDs brokerage brand, as CMO several weeks earlier.
The personnel moves come after Prague-based proprietary trading company FTMO completed its acquisition of OANDA in December 2025.
Exinity was launched in 2020 as an umbrella group for businesses owned by Andrey Dashin. Its portfolio includes FXTM, the Nemo investing app, Pulse gaming platform and liquidity provider Exinity Connect.
The latest appointment adds further marketing experience to Exinity as the group continues developing its brokerage and financial-services businesses.
