Plus500 Q3 Revenue Rises 11%, Full-Year Outlook Improves

5 hours ago By Jane

Plus500 reported third-quarter revenue of $203.2 million, up 11% year on year, and said it expects full-year 2026 revenue and EBITDA to exceed current market expectations, according to its October 26 trading update.

Earnings and New Customer Numbers Rise

The unaudited results showed quarterly EBITDA increased 7% to $88.4 million, with a margin of 44%. New customers rose 27% to 28,747, while average acquisition costs fell 14%.

Non-OTC Business Gains Ground

Plus500’s non-OTC business accounted for approximately 16% of group revenue and 31% of new customers in the first nine months of 2026. The group added partnerships with Wealthsimple and Nelogica and expanded its US product range.

US and Brazil Deals Support Expansion

As BrokersView previously reported, Plus500 has conditionally agreed to acquire Brazilian broker-dealer Guru. The proposed transaction would establish local operations in Brazil and support a broader offering of stocks, futures, options and fixed-income securities. Completion remains subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions.

Its agreement to acquire US broker-dealer Hedge would extend the group into SEC-regulated securities markets. The proposed acquisition supports a US multi-asset “super-app” planned for Q1 2027, combining securities with its existing derivatives offering.
