Hong Kong SFC warnings added between 12 and 21 October 2026 identify six suspicious websites. The Securities and Futures Commission says each website is unconnected to an SFC-licensed corporation.
The latest entries name www.phoenixcapitalhk.com and www.ruihengtech.com.
The SFC states that the first website has no association with Phoenix Capital (International) Limited, while the second is unrelated to Ruiheng Securities Limited. Both companies are SFC-licensed corporations.
On 20 October, the regulator listed lomgbridge.com, stating that it is unrelated to Long Bridge HK Limited. The spelling of the flagged domain includes “lomg”, rather than “long”.
Two entries dated 16 October identify fosunholdings.com and investmentfuture.com. The SFC says they are unconnected to Fosun International Securities Limited and KR Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, respectively.
The earlier bpcltd.com entry, dated 12 October, states that the website has no association with BPC Asset Management Limited. All four named companies are SFC-licensed corporations.
The SFC cautions that suspicious website operators often adopt names resembling legitimate companies to confuse investors. The warnings concern the listed websites; they do not implicate the licensed firms.
Before transferring funds, investors should independently check the firm's regulatory record and match its official contact details and website address.
