
After four months of MT4 suspension, proprietary trading firm Goat Funded Trader (GFT) has announced that it is bringing back the MetaTrader 4 trading platform for its clients.
On June 21, the prop firm announced via social media platform X that the company had resolved licensing issues by developing ‘in house tech’, revealing the return of MT4.
In February, many proprietary trading companies was uable to provide traders with MT4 and MT5 due to MetaQuotes licensing issues, and GFT is one of the companies affected by the storm. Before that, GFT, along with some other prop firms, were using MetaTrader through the gray-label licensing service provided by Purple Trading.
Despite the fact that the affected firms have found alternative platforms, these firms, as well as their traders, are still looking forward to the return of back MetaTrader, the most popular platform in the retail market.
Now that GFT brings more choices to its clients while it bringing back MetaTrader.
