Chile's CMF Warns Investors of  These Unregulated Investment Platforms 

The Financial Market Commission (CMF) of Chile has issued a public alert identifying a growing list of entities that are not registered with the CMF and lack authorization to offer regulated financial services in the country. As a result, the regulator emphasized that it cannot supervise or sanction any of the named entities.

Notably, AlgoBi, despite holding a Seychelles FSA license, appears on the CMF’s list. The regulator’s inclusion signals that the platform may be soliciting Chilean investors without local authorization.

Several of the listed platforms display near‑identical website templates, recycled content, and, in some cases, rely on low‑quality mobile apps or social‑media‑based operations. These patterns are consistent with high‑risk or fraudulent schemes.

The CMF advises investors to verify whether a company is registered and identify the individuals responsible for its management, and to search for complaints or negative feedback linked to the company, its directors, or its investment products.
