According to officials, the scheme encourages individuals to attend presentations and join online groups that promise guidance on cryptocurrency trading, daily profits, and rapid financial growth. However, authorities stress that the platform is not regulated and operates outside established financial oversight frameworks.

Cross-Border Concerns and Investigations

Regulators in multiple jurisdictions, including Samoa, Tonga, and New Zealand, have raised concerns about the scheme. Some authorities have warned that BG Wealth may be impersonating legitimate trading platforms to mislead investors, including members of overseas communities.

Financial intelligence units have also alerted banks and money transfer operators to report any suspicious transactions linked to the scheme. Information gathered may be shared with law enforcement and relevant government agencies for further investigation.
