ATFX Connect Adds Former ANAX Sales Head Meenaz Sayyed

ATFX Connect has hired Meenaz Sayyed as MENA Director, according to a report on October 12. The Dubai-based executive joins ATFX’s institutional B2B services arm from ANAX Capital, where she served as Head of Sales.

Brokerage and Banking Experience

Sayyed previously worked at Daman Markets and held an Account Executive position at IG MENA. Her career also includes experience at Exuberance Wealth Management, Century Financial, HSBC and JP Morgan.

Her appointment brings a professional with regional brokerage sales, banking and wealth management experience to ATFX Connect.

Move Follows Institutional Sales Departure

The appointment follows Hormoz Faryar’s move to Sky Links Capital as Managing Director, reported on October 5. Faryar had served as Managing Director of Institutional Sales at ATFX MENA since 2023.

The two developments mark personnel changes within ATFX’s regional institutional business. However, the available reports do not establish that Sayyed is directly replacing Faryar.
