ANSWER ACY Securities is a brand name of ACY AU and ACY LTD. ACY Securities Pty Ltd (ACY AU), under the domain of https://acy.com.au/en, is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC AFSL:403863). ACY Capital Australia Limited (ACY LTD), under the domain of https://acy.com/en, is regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). For more details about this broker, please check our full ACY Securities review. ASIC has become one of the most competent broker regulation standards worldwide. It has quite strict requirements, including risk limitation, bonus prohibition, and consumer enlightenment. Therefore, dealers overseen by ASIC is considered to be reliable brokers compared to unregulated or weak-regulated ones. However, VFSC is a popular offshore regulator among forex brokers as capital (or bond) requirements are relatively small. A Forex license covering the online activities of a brokerage is issued in 2-3 months, which is indeed extremely fast. Moreover, there is no income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax in the country. So VFSC-regulated brokers are actually not under strong regulation. ACY Securities’ platform often lags during volatile markets. Withdrawals are slow, and support gives generic replies. Doesn’t inspire confidence.

I made 150,000 US dollars at the beginning of last year, but after that, they delayed my order by about 30 seconds, and it was useless to call the staff. They deliberately delayed my trading to force me to switch platform. In a word, the spread is indeed low, but it is only suitable for small funds.

ACY is an industry-leading and reliable broker. I like its quick and responsive customer services. But the charges is much higher than other brokers. I don't like that.

You will never know the latest move about the broker in the first time until you contact the sustomer service. It is so inconvenient. The withdrawal process is too cumbersome. Traders have to record videos, read by himself and promise that any legal risk arising from transfers through the bank and payment company during the deposit process is at the trader's own risk. Originally I want to open a bigger position, but now I will change my mind.

They closed my 701614 account with over 6300$, they just stole this money with cancellation of my withdrawal request, when i met all requirements. I have many proofs of that. After, they closed my account with all my money. I traded there over a year and earned all these money only for this scam? Shame.
