I traded on the UTrada website (https://crm.utradaglobal.com/#/client/login?redirect=/client/transaction-history) and made a profit. After that, I submitted a withdrawal request, but my withdrawal has remained unprocessed for more than two weeks.

During this period, I have sent emails to UTrada’s customer support team every day to follow up on the withdrawal status. However, I have not received a single reply from them.

At this moment, I do not know how to resolve this issue because the platform has completely failed to provide any explanation or assistance. Based on my experience, I strongly suspect that this platform may be fraudulent.

I am sharing my experience to warn other traders to be cautious and avoid becoming victims of this company. I hope relevant parties can investigate this matter and help affected customers recover their funds.
