In March 2026, I deposited $10,000 USD into my Prorex Limited account for trading. Now, I want to withdraw my remaining funds, but the platform still has not processed my request.
I have contacted your staff and customer service many times, but nobody gave me a useful reply. I also know that other clients are facing the same withdrawal problems.
Please note that I have saved all my records, including deposit proof, trading history, withdrawal requests, and chat logs.
I request Prorex Limited to give me an official reply and handle my funds properly as soon as possible. If this issue cannot be solved, I will have no choice but to submit complaints to the relevant regulators and law enforcement in Malaysia, and take legal action to protect my rights.
