Dear BrokersView,

Thank you for contacting me and for your interest in my case. I am attaching a file with some proofs, but I would like to provide you with a summary of my complaint against MarketsVox (SC) Ltd.

For a period of 14 months, I worked extensively for MarketsVox, providing crucial services like website development, technical support, and customer communication. My role was significant enough that the company even provided me with an official email address: ahmed@forexvox.com. Instead of paying me for my time and effort, MarketsVox has spent the past 15 months engaging in threats and blackmail.

Their pattern of behavior is consistent and malicious. When I posted a review on their TrustPilot page, they repeatedly reported it to have it removed, forcing me to provide evidence to TrustPilot multiple times for reinstatement. On ForexPeaceArmy, where my post could not be removed, they first denied knowing me and then, two months later, claimed they were "open to an honest amicable resolution," a claim they never followed through on.

A key element of my case is the Syntellicore CRM deal. I was responsible for securing a heavily discounted contract for MarketsVox and received commissions for 17 months from Syntellicore. MarketsVox deliberately interfered in this arrangement, threatening Syntellicore to stop paying me, which they did, causing me further financial loss.

This is not a simple commercial dispute. This is a case of deliberate deception and harm that has been ongoing for years. To that end, I have an open case with their regulator, the FSA of Seychelles (Case Reference: CMS-COMP-2025-053, Complaint ID: 7272), and have also had contact from the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), who is following up on my complaint with the FSA.

This will continue until they pay what they owe me and provide compensation for all the harm they have caused.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

  • Review Suppression: MarketsVox has continually flagged and removed my truthful reviews on Trustpilot and other platforms.
  • Ignoring Regulator: On April 8th, MarketsVox publicly requested I submit an official complaint. I complied by filing a detailed case with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles, copying all communications to them. The FSA has confirmed escalation and is actively reviewing the case. Despite this, MarketsVox continues to manipulate communications and is now attempting to ignore the regulator's involvement.
  • Vague Public Denials: MarketsVox's public responses (e.g., on FPA) are vague, legalistic, and consistently avoid addressing the specific, factual evidence I have presented. They accuse me of "disclosing information that has previously been identified as private, misinterpreting facts, and engaging in conduct that maligns individuals," without ever refuting the substance of my claims.

6. Desired Outcome:

I am seeking the full payment of $24,000 in unpaid commissions and dues, along with appropriate compensation for the damages incurred due to MarketsVox's deceptive practices, threats, and interference with my other income streams (CRM commissions).

I urge BrokersView to thoroughly review my case and the overwhelming evidence provided. I am prepared to release even more evidence across global platforms until this matter is fairly resolved. Only then will I have a reason to withdraw any of my reviews or posts.

I trust that BrokersView will take this complaint seriously and assist in holding MarketsVox accountable for their actions.

Sincerely,

Ahmed AbdRapo

  • Creation of Company Email: This denial is directly contradicted by the fact that in 2023, MarketsVox created a dedicated email for me under their own domain: ahmed@forexvox.com. Companies do not create personalized official emails for individuals who are not directly involved in their internal operations and trusted tasks.
  • Direct Instructions from Leadership: I received direct instructions and tasks from Stuart Pettman, Co-Owner and Director, via email and WhatsApp exchanges. Work was requested, assigned, and delivered. This is all documented.
  • Stuart Pettman's Contradictory Behavior: Stuart Pettman repeatedly apologized to me for the unprofessional handling of my situation and openly admitted my efforts. He even mocked Slava Biletska's accusation of "blackmail" (when I began asking for my rights), stating, "Don't worry about Slava. She doesn't know what she's talking about. Her English is very bad." However, the entire company, including Stuart, later adopted Slava's narrative, repeating the same false claims.
  • Deletion of Trading Account: My MarketsVox trading account (30022108) was deleted without warning. This was a clear attempt to erase tracking or proof of client activity and to hide the fact that none of my referred clients were ever linked to my account as promised.
  • Falsehoods from Live Chat: I have a screenshot of their Live Chat falsely informing me that I was never a client in their company.
  • Further Proof of Deception: Days after the Live Chat denial, I received a monthly account statement from MarketsVox to my email, clearly showing account number 30022108, directly contradicting their claim that I was never a client. This document is attached.
  • Threats and Blackmail: Instead of addressing my rights, I received threats, data misuse, and blackmail.
  • Review Suppression: MarketsVox has continually flagged and removed my truthful reviews on Trustpilot and other platforms.

  • CRM Provider Contract Facilitation:
  • I played a pivotal role in securing a CRM provider contract for MarketsVox.
  • MarketsVox repeatedly denied my involvement in this deal until they directly contacted the CRM provider, who not only admitted my significant role but also confirmed they had been paying me commission for my work on the deal for 17 months.
  • Instead of acknowledging my contributions, MarketsVox then threatened the CRM provider, demanding they cease my commission payments or face termination of their contract. Under this undue pressure, the CRM provider unfortunately stopped my payments, causing me further financial harm.
  • Product Development Feedback and Internal Planning: I actively participated in product feedback sessions and strategic discussions with their leadership, contributing to internal planning and development.
  • Company Promotion: I was explicitly requested to participate in voting for MarketsVox (then ForexVox) on various review/rating websites to boost their ranking against competitors. This is a clear indication of my integral role in their operations.

5. MarketsVox's Deceptive Actions and Denial:

Despite my documented and acknowledged contributions, MarketsVox has systematically engaged in dishonest and manipulative behavior:

  • Sudden Denial of Relationship: After consistently acknowledging my work, MarketsVox abruptly denied any relationship with me, claiming I was "not, and has never been, an employee, contractor, or agent of the company," and that "no formal engagement was established."

4. Detailed Chronology of Involvement and Allegations:

My engagement with MarketsVox spanned 14 months, commencing in September 2022. During this period, I performed a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, which were consistently acknowledged and directed by company leadership, particularly Stuart Pettman, Co-Owner and Director.

Key areas of my work included:

  • Website and Platform Translation: I translated their entire platform and website into Arabic. This was a substantial undertaking requiring deep understanding of their services and branding.
  • Client Acquisition and Affiliate Referrals:
  • I was personally handed a lead list by Stuart Pettman (Co-Owner and Director), in the presence of Slava Biletska (Chief Commercial Officer), with instructions to contact these clients. My efforts were under a promised 30% affiliate commission agreement.
  • Ironically, Stuart Pettman later confessed to me that this client list was leaked from another broker, highlighting their questionable operational ethics.
  • Despite my efforts, MarketsVox never linked my referred clients to my affiliate account and never paid me a single dollar in commissions.
  • I have full details of a specific client I referred (whose email starts with iy............@gmail.com), and I have a screenshot of a conversation where Stuart Pettman mocked my efforts regarding this client's generated commission, stating, "The generated commission from his trading will not make you rich." This directly contradicts their claim of "no clients were referred."
  • Customer Service and Multilingual Support: I provided comprehensive multilingual customer service in both English and Arabic.
  • CRM Provider Contract Facilitation:
  • I played a pivotal role in securing a CRM provider contract for MarketsVox.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against MarketsVox (formerly known as ForexVox), a broker listed on your platform. I have encountered severe difficulties in receiving due compensation for extensive work performed for the company over a 14-month period, from September 2022 onwards. MarketsVox has engaged in deceptive practices, denied any formal relationship despite overwhelming evidence, and has actively attempted to erase records and silence my legitimate claims.

I have already submitted a formal complaint to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles, who are currently investigating this matter. I am now utilizing BrokersView's complaint mechanism as advised by your team, to seek guidance and explore potential solutions.

1. Complainant Information:

  • Full Name: Ahmed Mohamed AbdRapo Abuelhamayel
  • Email Address: [Your Email Address]
  • Contact Number: [Your Contact Number]
  • Country of Residence: [Your Country]

2. Broker Information:

  • Broker Name: MarketsVox (formerly ForexVox)
  • Website: marketsvox.com (formerly forexvox.com)
  • MarketsVox Trading Account Number (deleted): 30022108

3. Summary of Complaint:

MarketsVox engaged me for extensive work including platform translation, marketing, client referrals under a 30% commission agreement, customer service, and facilitating a significant CRM deal. Despite documented evidence of my involvement and acknowledgments from company directors, MarketsVox has refused to pay any commissions, denied our relationship, deleted my trading account to erase records, and resorted to threats and blackmail. They are now publicly denying my involvement and ignoring my formal complaint with the FSA Seychelles. I am seeking recovery of $24,000 in unpaid commissions, plus compensation for damages.
