Dear BrokersView team, thank you for your response.
I started working with Exness from December 2025 to April 2026. Throughout my time with Exness, I referred 19 clients through my partner link, whom I connected to my copy trading strategy. The promise from Exness — at that time from Ramy Zakaryan, who was my personal affiliate manager — was that if the clients traded actively, the commission for them would be paid. However, no timeframes and no exact criteria required to receive the commission were ever stated. Relying on the brand and reputation of Exness, I invested my time, resources, and money into the partnership, attracting traffic through my then-active Telegram channel https://t.me/goldtrader45000.
More than 5 months have passed since the start of our cooperation, and all I received was payment for only two clients out of the 19 I referred in total. The total unpaid commission amounts to $10,200 (photo attached).
The first time I complained to the then affiliate program manager, Ramy Zakaryan, about the unpaid commission, he explained the client qualification system as follows: the spread generated by a client must recoup the paid commission within a maximum of 8–10 months. As soon as the system determines that a client will pay for itself within this period, the commission is paid to the partner.
However, no payments followed up until 22 April 2026, when I began seriously escalating the situation. Yet Exness never gave a clear answer as to why the commission was not being paid, and in the correspondence the front-line support staff always responded with abstract phrases that answered none of my questions.
After searching online and on various forums, I realised I am not the only one who has faced this problem — it is a fairly common situation for many partners, where Exness does not pay the commission. And these can be both IB and Affiliate partners (proof attached).
After lengthy correspondence and complaints, I was assigned a new manager — Mr. Vladimir. And the previous one, Mr. Ramy, who had brought me into the affiliate program, left Exness himself.
With the new manager, Mr. Vladimir, we held a call — a segment of which is available to watch on YouTube (https://youtu.be/Bj9iA5VfwDQ) or on Google Drive, in case the video is removed from YouTube (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TqblkgLfOEOoVwp2juJVR7JYI1DZcpVt/view).
Here are the key moments of the call worth paying attention to:
08:35 – HOW THE COMMISSION IS CALCULATED
Vladimir explains how CPA payout actually works: the entire pool of spread generated by the clients a partner refers is counted together. As soon as that pool reaches the CPA commission for one client (in my case $680 per client), that commission is paid to the partner immediately. In other words, the spread generated by my clients first goes toward paying my commission — and only after the partner is paid does Exness begin earning from those clients.
10:44 – 11:14 – THE KEY MOMENT
At 10:44 I repeat it back to him to confirm I understand correctly: "So if the combined pool has generated enough spread to cover the commission for even one client, it is paid to the partner immediately — and Exness earns from that client's further spread afterwards, while the spread already generated by a client whose CPA has been paid no longer counts toward the pool." At 11:14, Vladimir answers: "Yes, correct."
10:17 – THE DATA HE PROMISED AND NEVER GAVE
I directly ask Vladimir for the figure of the total spread pool generated by my clients from 10 December 2025 to 22 April 2026 — so I can know how much my clients actually traded. Vladimir promises to provide that figure. That figure has never been provided — not by Vladimir, not by support — even though Vladimir himself repeatedly stressed that this exact data is what determines the partner payout.
The bottom line: Exness claims my commission depends on the total pool of spread generated by my clients. Yet manager Vladimir, having promised to provide this data, never does — which is proof that the spread pool has already covered the $10,200 in CPA commission sitting in my Personal Area, and that Exness will not disclose the figure because it works against them.
So Exness never shares the exact parameters a client must meet to count as "active," never shares the total generated spread pool, and yet says the payout depends on that very pool — putting the partner in a dead end and preventing them from ever receiving their commission.
Exness is completely non-transparent toward its partners, does not pay them, and manipulates its internal conditions to avoid paying. Everyone who is considering any kind of partnership with them — whether IB or Affiliate — should know this.
I am a former Exness partner who worked under the CPA program. Over 5 months I referred 19 clients — yet never received my $10,200 commission, because Exness does not pay partners their earned commissions, using artificial pretexts to avoid it.
The rules look simple: 1. Attract clients 2. Have them register and deposit 3. Have them trade actively. But it is point #3 that shoots you in the foot — Exness NEVER discloses what "active trading" actually means, and manipulates this parameter to avoid paying.
I worked from December 2025 to April 2026. Out of 19 clients, I was paid for only two. For 5 months straight Exness refused to pay, citing "insufficient activity." I am not the only one — many other partners (both IB and CPA) report the same online.
In a recorded call, my Exness manager Vladimir confirms (at 08:35 and 11:14) that CPA commission is paid once my clients' combined spread pool reaches the commission amount. At 10:17 I ask for that total pool figure — he promises it but never provides it. Exness says my payout depends on this data, yet hides it. If the pool were below the threshold, they would have shown it.
