I did sign up with exness with virtual account .tried for couples of days worked great ,did sign up for a real account transfer 4599 usd in two transactions 100 +4499 from my binance account i will include the screen shot.

I tried to start trading on my real account all what i get is this message operation failed,order not placed went to Exness help page to see the reasons why this is happening I followed step by step nothing happen always operation failed order not placed.

I placed a withdraw request.got rejected by exness .So could not trade could not withdraw.

Please help me to get my money back withdrawing them to the same account i deposit it from.
