CONTENT In 2025, I deposited USD 33,000 into my TeleTrade trading account and generated a profit of USD 2,418.
Shortly afterward, they restricted my withdrawal function, allowing me to withdraw only USD 1,000 per transaction. After I successfully completed two withdrawals of USD 1,000 each, TeleTrade stopped processing any further withdrawal requests altogether.
I have repeatedly contacted TeleTrade's customer support and sent multiple emails seeking assistance, but I have received no response.
I believe these actions are unreasonable and raise serious concerns about TeleTrade's handling of client funds. I respectfully request that my complaint be escalated and investigated, and that TeleTrade be urged to process my outstanding withdrawal requests without further delay.
