CONTENT I submitted a normal withdrawal request to CWG Markets, and the withdrawal has now been under review for 56 days. To date, the funds have still not been credited to my account. During this period, I have repeatedly contacted both CWG Markets' customer support and compliance department. Each time, I have received vague responses such as “the withdrawal is in the queue for processing,” “the third-party payment channel requires additional time,” or “we will continue to follow up.” However, the platform has never provided me with a specific processing timeframe, a definite payment date, or any clear explanation of where exactly the withdrawal process is being delayed. I have now been waiting for nearly two months, which is an unreasonable amount of time for a normal withdrawal request. If there is any issue with my withdrawal, CWG Markets should clearly explain the specific reason, provide the relevant evidence, and inform me of what action is required. If there is no legitimate issue with my withdrawal, CWG Markets should immediately release and pay the funds belonging to me rather than continuously asking me to wait indefinitely. I therefore formally request that CWG Markets: Immediately complete the processing of my withdrawal; Provide a clear and specific explanation for the 56-day delay; Confirm the exact date by which the funds will be credited to me; and Release the full amount of my withdrawal without any further unreasonable delay. I have cooperated with the platform throughout the process and have given it sufficient time to address this matter. I now expect CWG Markets to provide a clear resolution and a definite payment date rather than continuing to give general responses such as “please wait” or “we will follow up.”

CONTENT Everyone, please be aware! CWG Markets is nothing but a dishonest broker! They refuse to honor profitable trades! I traded gold normally with this broker. After making a profit and submitting a withdrawal request, they unexpectedly rejected my withdrawal without any prior warning. Then, without providing any substantive evidence, they forcibly deducted my entire legitimate profit of USD 34,579.43. July 31, 2024 – Withdrawal Rejected:I submitted a withdrawal request for USD 24,800 through the client portal, with transaction reference PW2024073118. The platform immediately changed the status to “Rejected” and forcibly cancelled the withdrawal. September 23, 2024 – Malicious Allegation:I received an email from the Compliance Department at compliance@cwgmarkets.com, unilaterally alleging that I had engaged in prohibited trading involving cross-platform hedging and arbitrage. They directly prohibited me from trading. September 23, 2024 – Funds Forcibly Taken:Without my permission and without providing any substantive evidence, CWG Markets’ system shamelessly executed a forced adjustment of -USD 34,579.43, directly wiping out all the profits in my account. Why do I say that CWG Markets’ actions are outrageous? They cannot provide any evidence:In its official email, CWG Markets told me to log in to MT4 myself and retrieve my trading records to find the alleged violations. As an ordinary investor, all my trading records are transparent and legitimate. I formally replied to CWG Markets and asked: Which specific trade violated the rules? What are the criteria for determining the violation? Unexpectedly, CWG Markets has remained silent to this day and has completely failed to provide any technical basis. They simply make the decision unilaterally! The rules are vague and intended to seize clients’ funds:The agreement they provided only contains penalties but does not specify clear standards for determining what constitutes a violation. This is a typical “catch-all” provision, allowing the broker to claim a violation whenever it chooses. It appears that when they see a client making a large profit, they simply want to take it away! My Demand CWG Markets must immediately return the USD 34,579.43 that was deducted from my account!

CONTENT I am opening this thread because CWG Markets has crossed the line from a simple "trading review" to outright confiscation of my funds, including my initial deposit.Account Details: Broker: CWG Markets Client ID: 903965 Initial Deposit: $1,000 Profit Withheld: $826.76 Total Funds Locked: $1,826.76 Timeline of Events: April 28: CWG temporarily restricted my trading account, citing vague "abnormal trading activity during low-liquidity periods." They revoked my $826.76 profit. I asked for FIX API logs and technical proof. They provided nothing. May 6: After my persistent emails, the Compliance Team finally sent a questionnaire asking about my trading ideas, country of residence, etc. I answered all questions thoroughly and immediately. Current Status: It has been several days since I submitted my compliance answers. Not only have they ignored my emails, but they have completely blocked my access to the Client Portal. I cannot log in, I cannot see my funds, and I cannot withdraw my initial $1,000 deposit. A broker reviewing an account is one thing, but locking a client out of their portal to hold their principal deposit hostage is illegal and a massive red flag. I am asking for BrokersView 's assistance in getting CWG Markets to unlock my portal and release my principal deposit and legitimate profits.

CONTENT I deposited funds into CWG Markets and traded for two months, during which I withdrew $1000 twice without any issues. When I tried to withdraw my principal, they told me there was a problem with my deposit and they needed to investigate. They claimed they hadn't received my deposit, which is absurd. They didn't investigate me for two months, but now they want to investigate my principal just to withdraw my funds, holding my withdrawal for a month. During this time, I contacted their online customer service, who said they were following up, and my account manager messaged me to wait, but there has been no further news. I've provided them with all my deposit and trading documents via email, but it's still not working. I'm demanding that CWG expedite my withdrawal.
