XM Group

i have been trading with this brokerage company for about three months now. Not big time, I know, but i already can say they're legit. Handled my verifixation quickly. I see the costs are totally fine because spreads stay low on standard pairs and there are no hidden deposit fees (I'm on the standard acc). Support agents are always online to give help. My ooverall impressions - the xm broker is safe to work with, I am satisfied.

Swaps on major currencies CFDs like EURUSD and GBPUSD don’t eat me alive anymore. Because XM offers an ultra low account with a free swap policy on major currencies.

I trade here via a standard accnt. I know that I can also open an ultra-low accnt, but it's primarily for those who emphasize fast trading strategies. I'm pretty happy here. I just swing trade. I have access to TradingView charts. That's what matters to me.

I use the standard acc and main reason for that was to use the deposit bonus. It’s not bad acc, but don’t expect raw spreads here. Anyway, for forex is just fine

Maybe the spreads on the ultra low account are slightly better, but if you are a daytrader I think it’s still better using the standard account for two main reasons. First you can boost your account balance with the deposit bonus, and second you can use the perks of their regular campaigns which are mostly designed to work for the standard account only. The ultra low acc is good because the cost of trading is low compared to other accs. spreads stay tight, around 0.7 pips, but the best thing is that commissions and swaps are zero.

A standard account for some reason suits me more, even though it does not offer the lowest spreads like ultra low acc. At least I can participate in all those promotions legally.

Customer service needs improvements in terms of the speed, as currently they answer slowly to email inquiries. Live chat is ok though. Besides that, I didn’t find any reasonable issues with the broker. Fees are tight enough for day trading, and generally xm can be trusted because of multiple regulations
