Broker was founded back in 2009! So many years passed, but they are still in the game, partners with a big London football club, and growing slowly, but surely. After learning about that I have no doubts to open an infinox account, makes sense they are legit.

A half year ago, i saw some posts on quora like "is infinox legit?" or "should i trust infinox" and some commenetd about slow support sometimes. I actually pay attnetion to talks about support. It's kinda indicator for me. So i contacted them directly, got feedback within 10 min, with all links about the details i asked. It was the reason i joined them. Overal, decent place to start

It’s a mid broker, but still a reliable one. I couldn’t say they lack any essential trading features. There are certain things to improve, like adding tradingview and cent accounts!

Honestly, the customer support team here is elite. They actually answer when you are in a crisis and try to get things resolved. All in all, they handled all of my questions with real patience, tho I think they got tired of me in the end :D I would definitely say they made experience better, as they lowkey saved my sanity during a particularly spicy market session.
