The platform claims to be a securities brokerage operated by IN TRADE 24 TRUST INC. and asserts that it is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). However, our search of the FINRA and SIPC systems yielded no matching records, indicating that this claim is inaccurate and potentially a false representation. Furthermore, while FINRA is a self-regulatory organization for the U.S. securities industry, the primary regulatory authority for financial products in the U.S. derivatives and forex markets is the National Futures Association (NFA). Our search of the NFA database also returned no results for this entity.
Consequently, Intrade24 lacks authorization from any recognized regulatory authority, posing extremely high risks and offering no investor protection. Additionally, we found that the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in Québec has issued a warning against this platform, cautioning that it is soliciting investors without proper authorization in the region.
