Dear Investor,
We do not recommend trading with PoxPrime due to its lack of proper regulatory authorization.
PoxPrime claims to be the trading name of PoxPrime Ltd. and states it is regulated by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). While a registration record for this MSB number can indeed be found in FinCEN's database, it is crucial to understand that FinCEN is primarily a financial intelligence unit focused on anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing efforts. It does not regulate forex trading activities, nor does it oversee broker conduct or provide investor protection. In the United States, the primary regulatory body overseeing forex brokers is the National Futures Association (NFA).
Our investigation confirms that PoxPrime is not registered or authorized by the NFA or any other reputable financial regulatory agency. Therefore, based on the available information, PoxPrime operates without proper authorization from any credible forex regulator. This presents a significant risk of fraud or financial loss.
We strongly advise exercising extreme caution and recommend avoiding any engagement with PoxPrime due to the high potential for scams and the lack of investor protection.
