Can i trust Ginzofx？
Tobias Roscoe
加納
2026-10-15
ANSWER Dear Investor, Based on our review, Ginzofx claims to be regulated by both the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and MWALI INTERNATIONAL SERVICES AUTHORITY (MISA). However, we identified several discrepancies in its regulatory claims. The ASIC-licensed entity registered with ASIC is GZ GLOBAL PTY LTD, but the authorization appears to be limited to providing services to wholesale clients. In addition, while GINZO NETWORK LIMITED does appear in the MISA register, the registered website associated with that entity is ginzoforex.com, whereas the website you provided is ginzofx.com. Given the mismatch between the broker's claimed website and the domain recorded by the regulator, there is a significant risk that ginzofx.com may not be operated by the licensed entity it claims to represent. Investors are therefore advised to avoid depositing funds and to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging with the platform.

Is 102 Pty Ltd a legit company or just a clone one??

2026-09-18
ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend trading with Clone 102 Pty Ltd, as it is not a compliant or legitimate platform. The entity claims to be registered in Australia and holds a license authorized by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). However, our investigation reveals that ASIC has officially flagged this website as a clone site impersonating the legitimate 102 Pty Ltd. Clone websites are a common scam tactic where fraudsters copy the details of a genuine licensed company to deceive investors. While the real 102 Pty Ltd may indeed be an ASIC-regulated entity, the platform you are inquiring about is an unauthorized imitation with no legal standing or investor protection. Given that this is a confirmed clone operation, we strongly advise you to avoid any engagement with this platform to protect your funds from potential fraud.

Can anyone explain Fxonet accounts?
FinnexON
格陵蘭
2026-07-31
ANSWER Dear Investor, Fxonet claims to be owned and operated by Fxonet Ltd, regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) under license number BFX2024049. Upon investigation, while the entity associated with this license number is indeed Fxonet Ltd, the registered domain belongs to a different platform, not the website in question. Furthermore, this license has been suspended and is currently invalid. Consequently, there is no way to prove that Fxonet is a regulated and licensed broker. In fact, it is highly suspected of having cloned the regulatory information of a compliant platform. We strongly advise you to avoid engaging in any transactions with this suspicious broker to protect your financial security.

What regulation does Alpin Markets have?

2026-07-23
ANSWER Dear Investor, Alpin Markets appears to be an unreliable trading platform. The broker claims to be a trade name of Alpin Capital Financial Services L.L.C., which is licensed and regulated by the UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA). Upon searching, we confirmed that this entity is indeed listed as a licensed entity in the UAE CMA system. However, the domain name registered with the regulator is alpincapital.ae, and we found no evidence linking this domain to the website you provided. We suspect that the Alpin Markets platform may have cloned the regulatory information of a compliant entity. Therefore, until this regulatory affiliation is fully verified, we strongly advise you to avoid trading with this broker to prevent potential fraud.

Bullishfx said they have license, is it true?

ANSWER Dear Investor, BullishFX claims to be operated by Oval Ltd and asserts that it holds a license issued by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. Upon verification, we confirmed that Oval Ltd is indeed a licensed entity regulated by the Seychelles FSA. However, the domains and brands registered under this company are exclusively associated with "Oval Markets." We could not find any evidence linking the platform you are inquiring about to this licensed entity. We believe this platform is highly likely to have cloned the regulatory information of a legitimate broker to masquerade as a licensed trading entity. Given these unresolved discrepancies and doubts regarding its authenticity, we strongly advise you to refrain from engaging in any transactions with this platform to protect your financial security.

Is Blackswan regulated and licensed?

2026-07-07
ANSWER Dear Investor, Blackswan Trading claims to be authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under registration number 651982. Upon searching this registration number through the FCA, we found a licensed entity named Black Swan Financial Services Ltd. However, the FCA has explicitly warned that the Blackswan Trading platform you are inquiring about is a clone website of this licensed entity. The FCA added this platform to its warning list on July 3, 2026, stating that it has no authorization and that it copies the details of firms we authorise to try and convince people that their firm is genuine. Therefore, we strongly advise you to avoid any dealings with such a suspicious platform and refrain from sharing your personal information with them to prevent potential financial fraud.

2026-06-29
ANSWER Dear Investor, The platform you inquired about, https://ar.200invest.com/, appears to be a clone website of a legitimate brokerage firm. The platform claims to be operated by VIE FINANCE SEY LTD and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). Upon investigation, we confirmed that VIE FINANCE SEY LTD is indeed a licensed entity under the Seychelles FSA. However, the operational website listed in their registration does not include the domain you provided, despite the website using the same brand name and logo. This leads us to suspect that the platform you are consulting has likely stolen the information of a compliant platform to impersonate a regulated broker. Furthermore, we found that the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has included this website on its warning list, stating that it is not licensed or authorized to conduct regulated financial activities or provide related services. Given these findings, we believe this platform has a high suspicion of fraud, and we advise you to avoid any dealings with such platforms.

Is Afex Mel a legit brokerage platform?
Michele Nyga
圭亞那
2026-06-15
ANSWER Dear Investor, Afex Mel claims to be regulated through AFEX MARKETS EUROPE LIMITED, stating it is authorized by both the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) and the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI). However, it is highly concerning that CONSOB has officially placed this platform on its warning list. CONSOB explicitly stated that it does not belong to any entity authorized to provide investment services to the Italian public and is likely impersonating a legitimate website by using a similar domain. Given this official discovery, we consider the regulatory information claimed by Afex Mel to be false, designed to mislead investors by stealing the credentials of legitimate platforms. Although the CBI regulatory information may technically exist, we cannot treat this claim as potentially true in the context of this platform's operations. In summary, this platform exhibits clear signs of being a fraudulent clone. We strongly advise you to avoid trading with this suspicious platform to prevent any potential financial losses.

Is this Finalto Markets legit?
Giulia Zenios
厄瓜多爾
2026-06-15
ANSWER Dear Investor, We have identified that Finalto Markets is very likely a fraudulent clone website, and we strongly advise all investors to avoid this platform immediately. The website claims to be regulated by multiple top-tier authorities, specifically stating it holds licenses from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). However, our verification checks with these regulators reveal a critical discrepancy. While legitimate entities named "Finalto" are indeed licensed by these bodies, none of their official registrations list the domain name finaltomarkets.com. This mismatch in domain information is a classic hallmark of a clone firm, which steals the branding and regulatory details of legitimate companies to appear trustworthy. Furthermore, our suspicions are confirmed by the Australian regulator ASIC, which has officially listed Finalto Markets on its warning list. ASIC explicitly identifies this website as an "Impersonation of Finalto (Australia) Pty Ltd", confirming it is an unauthorized clone. Given the evidence of identity theft and the official warning from ASIC, we strongly recommend that you stay away from this website to protect your funds.
