Our investigation confirms that this entity is listed in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry. However, this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a legitimate financial services license. Importantly, the IFC neither regulates nor authorizes forex trading activities.
Furthermore, our search of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius using both the trading and legal entity names yielded no matching records. While Nextwise Markets may maintain a physical presence in Mauritius, there is no evidence that it holds authorization from any recognized regulatory body to conduct trading services there. This strongly suggests its operations may be unlicensed and potentially unlawful.
Given these red flags, we strongly advise you to avoid trading with Nextwise Markets to protect yourself from potential financial loss.
