Is ICM Brokers regulated?

ICM Brokers is not a regulated or licensed broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true.

ICM Brokers claims to be the trading name of International Capital Markets Brokers LLC, which is supposedly registered by the Registrar of International Business Companies under the number 1956 LLC 2022 and has office St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, our search for this broker in Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) didn't yield any results. Additionally, it should be noted that the SVG FSA is not a regulatory body for the forex market. More importantly, the Registrar of International Business Companies has no legal authority to regulate forex activities.

Therefore, ICM Brokers is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. We recommend you to stay away from ICM Brokers and any other unregulated brokerages, since they are not subject to necessary laws and principles of operation, resulting in a high risk to trade with them.
