Firstly, although we did find information regarding No Limit Markets Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) system, this only indicates that the company has completed an International Business Company (IBC) registration. It does not mean it has obtained any authorization or holds a license. The Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate forex trading, nor does it issue licenses to forex brokers. Secondly, we found no relevant company information in the registries of the UAE's regulatory authorities, including the UAE Capital Market Authority (UAE CMA), Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and Central Bank of UAE(CBUAE).
