TradeUltra claims to be operated by TradeUltra Limited and regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA). Our verification confirms that an entity by this name is indeed listed in the LFSA’s registry. However, the LFSA does not register or verify the domains used by its licensees, making it challenging for us to conclusively confirm that the platform in question is genuinely linked to the licensed entity.
Additionally, TradeUltra states it is also registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Anguilla. We were able to locate corresponding entities in the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of SVG and the Anguilla Commercial Registry (ACORN). That said, these registrations only reflect basic company incorporation. They do not constitute financial trading licenses. Importantly, neither the SVG FSA nor ACORN regulates or supervises forex or investment activities.
While TradeUltra appears to hold an LFSA license, the lack of domain verification still carries notable risks. Therefore, if you are considering trading with TradeUltra, we strongly advise you to proceed with caution and conduct thorough due diligence before committing any funds.
