Our verification with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) confirms that both Pulse Markets Pty Ltd and its CAR, Liquid Markets Pty Ltd, are listed in ASIC’s records.
However, a critical detail warrants your attention: Pulse Markets Pty Ltd’s AFSL is restricted exclusively to providing financial services to wholesale clients, as defined under Australian law. It is not authorized to offer services to retail clients. Since Liquid Brokers actively markets trading accounts to individual (retail) investors, this activity falls outside the scope of its principal’s license, rendering such operations unauthorized under Australian regulatory standards.
