Dear Investor,
Geminifin claims to be a broker regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), holding licenses from both bodies.
Firstly, we found no results related to Geminifin in the FCA database. While we were able to locate Geminifin Ltd. in the FinCEN system, it is crucial to understand that FinCEN does not regulate forex trading activities. In the United States, the primary regulatory body overseeing forex brokers is the National Futures Association (NFA). Our investigation confirms that Geminifin is not registered or authorized by the NFA or any other reputable financial regulatory agency. Therefore, based on the available information, the broker operates without proper authorization from any credible forex regulator, presenting a significant risk of fraud or financial loss.
In reality, Geminifin lacks authorization from any regulatory body and does not possess a broker license. It is highly likely that providing brokerage services without such authorization constitutes illegal operation. Consequently, it is highly recommended to avoid any dealings with them to prevent substantial financial loss.
