Upon our investigation, GALAXY PRIME FX is an unlicensed broker that has been warned by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) and hence we strongly suggest you exercise extreme caution and drop the plan to engage with this fraudulent platform, despite the seemingly attractive it offers.
If the US business license GALAXY PRIME FX provides is real, this company, as a forex broker, is required to be a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). However, we searched the NFA register but failed to find any record matching the company. This means GALAXY PRIME FX is not supervised.
Additionally, the CNMV has added GALAXY PRIME FX to its warning list for illegally providing investment services without proper authorization.
In conclusion, GALAXY PRIME FX is not regulated. Once your money and personal information are held by this fraudulent trading platform, you are exposed to fraud and theft as there are no rules in place to safeguard investors' interests. Therefore, investors are encouraged to stay away from unlicensed brokers like GALAXY PRIME FX and instead choose a fully regulated one.
