ANSWER Way2Forex appears to be a scam.The broker purports to maintain a presence in the UK and asserts that its official registration is in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, it does not adhere to local regulations by securing the necessary licenses from the respective financial regulators, namely the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK and the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA). As such, the FCA has issued a warning against Way2Forex, advising investors to stay away from this scam.In light of this, investors trading with Way2Forex run risk of losing funds without regulatory protections. To have a safer trading environment, it is highly recommended to steer clear of unlicensed brokers like Way2Forex and instead choose fully regulated ones.
