However, our investigation reveals that its ASIC license has expired. Therefore, its claim of being currently regulated is factually incorrect. Continuing to publicize this outdated information may be a deliberate attempt to mislead investors.
Furthermore, StarFX has been included in the warning list by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) for conducting regulated financial activities without proper authorization.
