FMS Markets claims to be registered with the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) under license number 1099628. However, our investigation suggests that this license has been expired, and the claimed registration cannot be validated. Additionally, we have not found any records to support their purported registration with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. For FMS Markets to operate legitimately in the forex market as a broker, it is required to obtain the necessary authorization. Unfortunately, we found no information indicating that it is properly authorized. Therefore, FMS Markets cannot be considered a legitimate or regulated broker. We strongly advise investors to exercise extreme caution and stay away from it.

We indeed find a match result to this company in DED, but please be informed that DED does not regulate entities engaging in financial derivatives services. Besides, we did not find any match results to this broker in the financial regulator of Dubai - the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). The truth is, FMS Markets is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like FMS Markets and trade with licensed brokers.
