However, the registration number for KwikFlow Group LLC listed on the SVG FSA is 2929LLC2023, not 2930. This discrepancy casts doubt on its authenticity and credibility. Even if the registration were accurate, Appex Finance would still be unlicensed as a forex broker, given that the SVG FSA does not regulate forex trading brokerage activities.

Moreover, the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has included Appex Finance in its warning list, identifying it as a fraudulent trading platform operating in the Belgian market. This further underscores the significant risks involved.
