We strongly suggest you drop the plan to engage with NWAYS Capital, which our investigation suggests is a fraudulent trading platform.
NWAYS Capital, which claims to be a legal forex broker registered in Mauritius and with the Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC), does not appear in the register of the Mauritius' financial regulator, raising questions about its legitimacy.
The company attempts to assure potential investors of its legitimacy through ambiguous statements about its regulatory status and company profiles. However, the lack of transparency about key company details is concerning. The absence of legal documents on NWAYS Capital's website, along with a non-functional link to the Privacy Policy, further fuels suspicion. Despite its claim of over two years of business experience, the domain name ("nwayscapital.com") was only registered in December 2022, which undermines its credibility.
In summary, NWAYS Capital is not overseen by any regulatory authority. Investing with this broker carries significant risk, as there are no legal safeguards to protect investors' funds. To minimize the risks of fraud and identity theft, it is recommended to stay away from unregulated brokers and instead choose fully regulated ones.
