On August 7, 2026, during the Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) news event, I conducted normal gold trading through my RoboForex account and generated legitimate profits of more than USD 28,000.

The MT5 trading history statement clearly shows that all orders were executed and settled normally through the server, with no error messages, execution failures, or delay-related codes.

However, after the profitable trades were completed, RoboForex allegedly executed a manual deduction of more than -USD 28,000.00 through its backend system without any prior notice, completely removing my trading profits.

Originally, I only intended to withdraw my funds gradually, for example in separate withdrawals of USD 10,000 each time. However, when I attempted to proceed with the withdrawals, the system showed an “insufficient balance” message. After checking my account, I discovered that all of my profit funds had disappeared, leaving only my original deposited capital.

Although my principal funds were eventually withdrawn safely, I repeatedly contacted RoboForex’s Compliance Department and its Malaysia support channel (malaysia@roboforex.com) through the main complaint ticket [#2430266], requesting a technical investigation and restoration of my legitimate profits.

However, the platform has ignored my requests, failed to provide any reasonable explanation, and has delayed handling the matter while withholding more than USD 28,000 in legally settled trading profits.

I believe RoboForex’s handling of this matter demonstrates extremely poor business conduct and raises serious concerns regarding the fairness and transparency of its operations. The situation appears to reflect a practice where profits are challenged or removed only after clients achieve significant gains.

I respectfully request BrokersView to investigate this case, assist affected clients in protecting their legitimate rights, and consider issuing an appropriate warning or risk assessment regarding RoboForex to alert investors in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Investors should exercise extreme caution and carefully evaluate the risks before choosing RoboForex as a trading provider.
