Dear Tickmill Complaints Team,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding two withdrawal requests from my EUR Wallet, both of which were approved and successfully completed on Tickmill’s side but subsequently failed during processing by the Payment Service Provider.
The first withdrawal was requested on 5 August 2026 for EUR 165.56 via Instant PIX (reference CD1XYBYB17J8OPBH). Tickmill confirmed by email that the withdrawal had been successfully completed by your team and that the funds had left my Tickmill account and were with a Payment Service Provider. However, on 6 August, the transaction changed from “Pending” to “Failed”.
I then submitted a second withdrawal of EUR 165.56 via Instant PIX on 6 August 2026. The same situation occurred again: Tickmill confirmed that the withdrawal had been successfully completed on your side and that the funds had been passed to the Payment Service Provider, but the transaction subsequently failed.
This is particularly concerning because I originally funded my Tickmill account using PIX, and I do not understand why withdrawals through the same payment method are now repeatedly failing.
Furthermore, the emails I received explicitly state: “Your withdrawal has been successfully completed by our team. The funds have now left your Tickmill account and are with a Payment Service Provider.” Based on this information, it appears that the withdrawal requests themselves are being successfully approved and processed by Tickmill, and that the failure is occurring at the level of the third-party Payment Service Provider.
However, despite contacting both your support team and live chat, I have not received a clear explanation as to why the Payment Service Provider is rejecting these transactions, nor have I been informed of the specific reason for either failure.
