CXM blocked my account without any notification and I couldn't log in. At the same time, my client backend was also blocked. There were still open orders in my account at that time. I don't know what's going on and I'm very anxious. 

I immediately went to the CXM official website to contact online customer service, and the reply was: An account manager would contact me and ask me to wait. In the end, the account manager didn't contact me. I'm very anxious. I sent an email to CXM's official email address again, but they still haven't responded to me yet.
