CONTENT I met an account manager on Tik Tok. He introduced VT Markets to me and said that if I participated in the event, I would get 100u for every 200u deposit. I communicated with the account manager for a long time before trading. The manager reminded me not to violate the rules. I asked what is a violation? Does profit mean violation? After detailed communication, as long as it is not a large position, it will not be considered a violation. In the end, I was really lucky that I made a profit. But in the end, my withdrawal application was rejected. He said that I was hedging, and I violated the rules and asked me to show evidence. No matter how I explained, they would not pay out.

CONTENT After much consideration, I have finally decided to share my experience regarding the withdrawal of funds from my account here. On March, I made my first withdrawal request of 800+ USD, but unfortunately, it is still pending to this day.Despite my initial disbelief that this could be a scam, I eventually relented. I have contacted customer service numerous times, and each time, I was assured that an account manager would contact me to resolve the issue. Despite providing various personal details for KYC purposes, the problem remains unresolved. They even block the ticket feature from my account.I hope to receive assistance on this platform or any guidance on next steps to take.Thanks.
